Anyone know a way to make the AutoCompleteTextView display based on a pattern that's not anchored to the first text column?

I'd like to present a suggestion list that when you type in "bean", the list would show items like "Red Beans", "Pinto Beans", "Rice and Beans", "Bean Soup" and so forth.
