Hi All

I have a webpage from where user enters data in multilingual characters

( e.g. ФФ КК ИТ ЧЧ etc.).

In html they appear properly. i.e. when I write these values to alerts they appear properlyю
But when these values are stored to java strings they get distorted.
Which character set should I use and where ?

Sort of urgent, please respond.

UTF8 and unicode are commonly used ones
