Hello.

I'm trying to write my own java class to allow encode and decode QP. I've found some code over the net and managed to adapt it to java.
As expected - the code doesn't work (properly)
I've spent several days to figure out what's the problem. Useless so far. Maybe I'm not understanding well the QP philosophy.

Need your help.

Welcome to JavaRanch.

I'm not familiar enough with QP to speculate what the problem might be, but the http://commons.apache.org/codec/ library implements part of the QP RFC ("Codec for RFC 1521 MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) Part One. Rules #3, #4, and #5 of the quoted-printable spec are not implemented yet"); that may give you a nudge in the right direction.

Thank you for quick reply.
Unfortunately, I can't use non of ready java packages... I met this codec while looking for solution, although I didn't have a look at the code.
Most of professional packages (qp-codecs) have some very abstact code and a lot of secondary methods and data structures, which confuse me a lot, because I'm only starting java programming.
