Hi everyone!!!
I am Ajay, created a servlet program that passes data to a model class. The latter class updates oracle database.
As soon as the new record is added, a trigger created by me will be fired. This trigger creates a XML file with inserted data in "C:\XML"
directory. Now what i need is to create another class which notifies my administrator by sending him an E-MAIL either with inserted data or a simple message like "a new record inserted".

Solutions or approaches are appreciated.

Thanking you in advance.

Welcome to JavaRanch.

The API you'd use is called JavaMail, and there's lots of information about it in the JavaEnterpriseEditionFaq, including many code examples.
