I need books like "programming with portlets" by Cameron McKenzie.

NOTE: Any other portlet booka are also helpful.

Then I'm afraid you'll have to rely on whatever information you find out there on the net. Sites like TheServerSide, IBM DeveloperWorks, O'Reilly's OnJava etc. are likely to have articles on the subject.
