Hi.
I created JPanel, and added it to JSplitPane. I want to my JPanel fill all available area of JSplitPane. I created my own LookAndFeel, and JPanel`s bacground is gradient(to paint it I need to know width and height). If JPanel don`t fill all available area it`s look not very good. To create JPanel i used NetBeans designer, so I have to set min, max preferred size (hav to do JPanel autoresizable?).

Works fine for when I add a regular JPanel to the split pane. So your custom code is causing the problem.

If you need further help then you need to create a SSCCE (Short, Self Contained, Compilable and Executable, Example Program), that demonstrates the incorrect behaviour.

Don't forget to use the Code Formatting Tags so the posted code retains its original formatting. That is done by selecting the code and then clicking on the "Code" button above the question input area.
