Hi all,
I've been experimenting with the java PrintJob class and I've been able to get some text files to print to a printer that I can select from the returned array of PrintServices. What I do not really understand is the DocFlavour class. So far I have only been able to get my array of print services populated by using the SERVICES_FORMATTED inner class and when I try others like the BYTE_ARRAY etc... my array is empty. I have predefined files that I want to print out(simple text files for receipts). Can anyone suggest what I need to consider here and why only SERVICES_FORMATTED seems to work and what to use and where?
Thanks.
Colm
