What is the market value for IBM Object Analysis and Design 633 and 634 exam

Can anybody let me know on this? I am getting confused that how it is different from OMG UML certification exam.

The IBM Certification (833 - 834) not only test if you know about uml, but also test you about the analysis and design discipline concepts in the rational unified process and the uml needed for perform its activities and workflows. The OMG certification only test your knowledge about uml.
