e-mail problems?

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
It seems that some people have not been getting my emails. I'm all caught up (to May 8th anyway) so if you have an assignment pending from more than 3 days ago, let me know.

  • As far as I know, Jason and Pauline are caught up, so if you have submitted an assignment recently (but more than a day ago) and you're not on this list, let me know.

I guess this is as good a place as any to ask, so here goes...
Do each of the nitpickers have responsiblity for particular areas in the drive. Such as, I'm assuming since Jason and Pauline are on the inactive list for JDBC, they can't nitpick those assignments without having waived their opportunity to complete them on their own since they would have access to the instructor's solutions, or can you nitpick up to your current level of cattle drive completion?
    just curious...

    Marilyn,
    I submitted Java 1b on May 11th.
If you don't have it let me know and I'll resend it.
    P.S.
How on earth do you manage to keep up with all this and work and grandchildren???

Yup, I do the first set of assignments, so does Pauline, and she might even do some OOP. Getting the nack of nitpicking itself takes a bit, and considering some of the permutations of the basic Java assignments we've seen, I don't think I'd want to wade through some of the servlets and JDBC attempts. I can remember my first few submissions, scary scary code

since Jason and Pauline are on the inactive list for JDBC

Ok already!!! We get the hint!

You said it pardner, I've been learning a *lot* while learning to pick nits, mostly not about java.

Nothing personal meant by it, it's just that I enjoy the challenge of completing the assignments. I started a new project this week and therefore have not been able to particpate here at the ranch as much and going thru some real withdrawal pains. I can't imagine doing what you all do between working, playing & nitpicking too, and then to try to squeeze in a submission of your own. That'd be next to impossible.

    Ahhh. Found it.

Sometimes it can be tricky keeping up with my commitments and still having time for family.

Sorry, I have been offline a couple of days.
