Insert HyperLinks at Email Body

Hi there,
Can any body let me know how to insert hyperlinks at Email Body (MS Outlook) usuing the below syntax?

Hyperlink href mailto

If we run above code will open the outlook and set to filed as [e-mail] and subject as Email Example and body as 'Example body text for email using href mailto' .
I would like to know how can I insert hyperliks at body part as mentioned above syntax?

You just write it as you would a link in a HTML file.

But its a really bad idea to teach your users to click on links in email. This is how spam lives.

Yeah, mailto: was great in 1994, its been all downhill since then. Lots of programs released this century don't support it. And for good reasons.
