Hi,

i want to create a table with model - for my data and differnet renderers (comboBox, checkBox, Label etc.)
but i dont want it to be seen as a table - i want it to like a regular panel with components on it.
the table is just to organize my data and components (its convenient to use table - bcs its dynamic)/

is there way to do so? or is a different simple idea (not arrays of components).

thanks.

Use a GridLayout or a GridBagLayout.

Or you can search the Web for the TableLayout which a a 3rd party package that has been around for a long time.

Or you can hide the grid and headers

Hi,

i hide the headers and set the background color of the table and grid to be like the containing panel.
that worked -
(if i just hide the grid - it still did a white line where the grid are).

thanks.
