Three days no response from Sun and Prometric,How can I contact with them to change name in profile?

Dear All Ranchers,
Three days ago I make a request to [email protected] and [email protected] about change name in Prometric profile, but until now there are no response. I am very worry how can I contact with them? If any one know please tell me.
