Any good fully functional trailware software for Video & Audio Capturing

I am looking for a good "fully functional" trailware software for capturing Video and Audio. I am looking for adding comments while recording the video. Basically I want all this for documenting our web based application software. If there is a freeware that fits my requirements then it is great but also a fully-functional trailware will do for time being.

Can you please suggest.
