Need help in creating html template dynamically with place holders

hi every one,

I have a requirement wherein i need to create html templates dynamically.......these templates will be displayed to the user, user filled the required fields and submits the form........later on when user opens the form, it should display the entered values...

is there any open source library avialble............which fulfills the requirement..

suggest me some ways...

JSPs already *are* dynamic templates.

Maybe if you explained with more detail someone might be able to help.
