Hi,
did you try this way?
don't include <f:subview> in your main jsp just include jsp asusual.

<jsp:directive.include file="pie.jsp"/>

and inside the pie.jsp

<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsf/html"; prefix="h" %>
<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsf/core"; prefix="f" %>

<f:subview id="pieJsp">
<h:form id="pieForm">
<h: outputText value="outputText"></h: outputText>
</h:form>
</f:subview>

try this...

And pie.jsp:
