Is there any one can give me a simple nonblocking io example. any link to learn about nonblocking io and it's implementation.

This gives me http://onjava.com/onjava/2002/09/04/nio.html which, despite is HTML error that gives you one large link, still has a readable example. Link #3 is http://rox-xmlrpc.sourceforge.net/niotut/ which also looks quite good to me.
