Hello everybody. I am using NetBeans 6.8 and GlassFish v3. I believe that NetBeans creates Web Services using JAX-WS. Now I want to a write a web service which will allow me to upload a file from the client to the server. Can anyone tell me how I should proceed at both the ends.

Examples are preferred.

Totally stuck because of this Thanks for the support.

Hi!
I suggest that you use SOAP with Attachments (SwA), perhaps with MTOM if the files are large.
The JavaEE tutorial contains examples on how to use SwA.
Best wishes!
