Is struts related to the keel meta framework?
what's their difference, I'm planning on using the keel meta framework on a web project but I would like to know if it would be better to stick to struts.
Thanks.

I believe (tho I may be mistaken) that Keel Meta is (as the name implies) a Meta framework, designed to fit around and provide services to other frameworks. It looks like it provides pluggable components for various services, like security. Thus, it looks like you can use both Keel Meta and Struts (the Keel Meta guys specifically support Struts).
It sounds a little like a commercial version of something like a mix between Avalon and Turbine.
