I need some help in added JSF on top of Struts... do we have any classes that work as the interface between these two.

Craig McClanahan (JSF Spec Lead and Creator of Struts) announced the Struts and JSF integration path back in September. Read it here.
I should note that Struts-Faces is currently part of the Struts source distribution and can be found in contrib branch.

Manoj,
Struts-Faces 0.4 is available for download from Struts web site.
You can find a small tutorial by yours truly at IBM developer Works.
http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/java/library/j-integrate/
Part of the material that talks about integration with Tiles is a bit dated since the Tiles integration work in Struts-Faces has already begun.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
Srikanth
