Hi

Please assist me how to create distributable web application.

I googled and got some info like

Adding </distributable> in the web.xml. How come the container came to know the other distributed (same) application deployed or not.

Please assist me

That setting merely ensures that the servlet container enforces certain rules about sessions, like (probably) rejecting non-serializable objects in sessions. The setup of distributed environments is outside the scope of the servlet container; it is done in app server-specific ways.

The "Distributed Environments" section of the servlet specification (that's SRV.7.7.2 for Servlet API 2.5) has more information on this.
