Hi,

Last week i was not able to log into my yahoo account, my account was older than 8 years and all of a sudden i saw a message to contact the customer service team at yahoo, i called them over the phone, they told me that i have violated their terms and conditions. i asked them that what terms and conditions i broke, they denied over replying that and suggested me to open a new account.

I called them over and over again to ask them for bringing back all my emails but now, they are not replying.

I have lost all my faith towards these free email services, they can ditch any time, so now, i have started using my own personal domain for these email stuff.

I don't know why yahoo did this to an old 8 year customer without any notice...

I have not violated any policies, its what they usually do when account exceeds more than 1 GB of email data. There are many people who have faced this issue around the world.

Even I lost my mine a few months back, but since that wasn't my primary account , I dind't bother much . Imagine the trouble a dedicated yahoo user would have faced. Yahoo should be hostily taken over

Equal amount of risk. Bottom line it's free service, you can expect unexpected.

I miss the old days when I would think up a sinister scheme for world domination and you would show a little emotional support. So just look at this tiny ad:
