HI there
Check this out!!! May be this helps u.....
Easy Strut is a plugin for Eclipse, the goal is to provide a set of IDE tools for Struts developpement. Theses tools are wizards, code generator, editors, views... This project is inspired from struts-console who provide Struts support in many other IDE.

Hi Vijay,
You may also want to check out Struts Console. It plugs into Eclipse and has become a very popular tool. Struts Console provides support for Struts, Tiles, and Validator config files whereas EasyStruts only supports Struts config files.

Hope that helps,

Althought it's not quite free or open source, we're using Struts Studio. It's a bunch of plugins for Struts as well as other things like enhanced error checking and much more.
We tried the open source stuff but was looking for something a bit more feature-rich in a corporate environment.
