Praj you might find discounted voucher from people who are selling their own voucher due to some reason in the Blatant-Advertising forum (be careful though to avoid cheating). You can buy discounted vouchers in India from NIIT or from Whizlabs...

If you are a student, you can buy a voucher directly from SUN, through the SAI program, at $40.

I have a link at home if you are interested.
