Hi,

I have an application which I'm deploying as an EAR. I've summarised the application structure below:

dataAccess.jar contains EJB beans and dynamicPages.war contains a couple of servlets.

One of the servlets within the WAR file wishes to reference properties1.xml but cannot find it.

I have attempted to solve this by adding properties.jar to the classpath of the EAR but to no avail.

Does anybody know how I could solve this problem?

Thanks,

Danny

Get rid of the properties.jar file and place the XML data files inside the WAR file.

The JRE's classpath is for Java-based classes, not XML data files.
