Hi,

Currently I have no knowledge of Spring (or Hibernate) but from what I read it would be good to rectify this.

Is this book a a good place for a total newbie to start?

thanks,

J

Yes. This book assumes you are a beginner and teaches you Hibernate and Spring from basic to professional.

This is a general question floating around. Perhaps you should keep it somewhere sticky.

Though Spring 3 has just come out, Im a proponent of the Pro Spring 2.5 book from Machacek, Vukotic, Chakraborty and Ditt (Apress)
