Are you joking?? "I heard from few people that if the interview goes for around half an hr or more than that, it is a positive sign".. looks childish and silly!

BTW, if you can read the question again, may be you can understand that I am looking out for the signs that indicate how the feedback would be. Basically, trying to guess how the response would be.
There can be cases where you think you have done an excellent job, but still may not be up to the interviewer's expectations.

Sandeep Awasthi wrote:I am talking about India and I am not talking about senior positions. Looking at the post of Kavya, my guess is it is for junior position. For junior positions, it is not necessary the person interviewing you will be your senior. Not necessary for IT service companies when they recruit juniors, they do not have specific project. Many times they will be on bench initially. So not necessary person interviewing would be manager of a candidate. For senior positions yes I agree. But for junior positions they just fill rankings, remarks, sign and submit to HR.
What a show! What atmosphere! What fun! What a tiny ad!
