hi all,
my prometric center saying me that my voucher password is locked. they are not letting me to write the exam for past one month by saying one and other reason. today too i went they are telling that sun site has informed not to allow anyone to write exam for two days is it true. do anyone know about that please let me please help me to solve this problem

I am not aware of any such restriction. You can file a complaint with Sun or inform authorities in your area if you have a valid voucher and they are preventing you from taking the exam

Can you please tell me how to contact sun or prometric regarding this. please help me i have voucher in my mail but for the given password it is not getting opened please tell me how to solve this issue

Vouchers do not have passwords. who2contact@sun.com is a great place to start an email conversation

Sun told me that there is no PWD for a voucher.

No they sent me the voucher in mail. to open that file they gave password. but i cant open that file to see voucher as it is saying wrong password

why do you need to open and see the voucher.
I mean they sent me a mail which had my voucher number I used that voucher number to register my exam online.
I also got sun's free e-practice for which they sent me id and password alongwith the mail.

Ya they sent password in mobile. they told me to bring the voucher for exam. first time when i opened i saw the access key no and validity date. so after some days i cant open . when i went and asked in center they told the voucher has locked due to pass word. they told they have sent a mail to sun regarding this and again i went and asked about this they told the validity date will be extended as last date was 31st dec2009. now they are telling there is problem in sun so no one can take up exam for two days. is it true like this problem will it arise
