I can't seem to find the file where the users and roles are being set. I have 2 users set up in config/tomcat-users.xml

Neither allows me to log in.

However, I am able to log into the Jetspeed console using tomcat/tomcat - and I have no idea where this is being set.

Further, my portlet - which I messed with it earlier today is now broken because I renamed it. That's ok except I can't find the config file for the portlets that appear on the default Jetspeed2 window. And without an admin password I can't use the config tools.

Perplexing as I set all this up a few months back.

Will someone throw me a bone please?

Exciting adventure. Apparently I changed the admin password to something easier to remember. I have no idea what it is. But the 'manager' account is still working. Good enough for now.

The portlet looked ok.

I found the psml file and was able to make the change in that file to refer to the new renamed portal. So this is working now also.

Geez. Trauma.
