Long term contract in Richmond, VA. Must be willing to work in Richmond. US Citizenship is required for this position.

Required Skills
* 5- 10+ years of relevant general Information Technology experience required or experience configuring insurance applications. * 3 years of developing/architecting large-scale applications using J2EE architecture * 3 years of XML development * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) * Experience and knowledge of SQL, Javascript, HTML, DHTML * Experience with JSP, Servlets, JDBC * Experience programming in JavaScript, Java, or similar language * Knowledge of communication protocols including sockets and ftp * Experience in developing synchronous and asynchronous interfaces using Java messaging, XML and web services. * Experience in developing applications in IBM Websphere environments
