tomcat service not able to connect with the database

HI All,

I have installed apache tomcat as service. When I start the service and run the application it is not able to find out the datasource name.
But when I start the tomcat as startup.bat and run the application it is perfectly fetching the values from the database.
I am using msaccess. I am using jdbc odbc.
Why service is not able to connect with the database. Could anybody help me??
