hi, I'm trying to teach myself RMI.
I did some tutorials, I understand the structure and I am able to make a server-client connection
and invoke methods from my client program on the server.

Now I want the server to be able to have a list of clients and also be able to invoke methods on the clients.
so I made an other Interface that extends Remote, implemented it on my clientclass.
on my server there is a method from the remoteinterface void register(IClient client)

then the last step is in the client to UnicastRemoteObject.exportObject(this);
I think it goes wrong in this step, because of the stub files?
after exportObject(this) I use server.register(this)

I searched like hell to find how other people did make it work, but I haven't been succesful.
Does anybody have more information on this?

thanks in advance
