How do you decide priority of particular exception?

I have referred an article about exception handling and logging them into database. Generally they log few common information like stacktrace,date/time and priority. I am just wondering how do you guys decide the priority of the caught exception in your application. I know it highly depends on individual's application. But still can somebody explain it in context of their application?
