Do EJB3 Session Beans inherit annotations from their superclasses? I haven't been able to find a clear answer on this. Take the following example:

Will SubclassSession.methodA() have a transaction type of SUPPORTS? Or will the SuperclassSession annotations be ignore, resulting in the default of REQUIRED?

If anyone has a link to where I could have found the answer myself, I'd appreciate that too

Thanks!

Hi Jeremiah:

In this case attribute type the method is REQUIRED.
See you section "Specification of Transaction Attributes with Metadata Annotations" of the la SCBCD 5.0 Study Guide Mikalai Zaikin
