This may or may not be iPhone specific but I am looking for a tool that allows me to manage an SQLite3 database external from the xcode/iphone environment. I should note that it should run on Snow Leopard.

Hi,

Have you tried SQLite Manager? It is a plugin provided by Mozilla Firefox. You can manage your database very well with SQLite Manager.
A good GUI tool, I'll recommend it.

Thanks
