If a website disabled my back button, I would make it a point to NEVER go to that site again, unless I had literally no other choice. I use the back button like it is going out of style, and I don't think any site should think they have the ability to control how I use my browser. I also highly dislike right click being disabled, even to prevent image copying. There are other methods, but not being able to right click isn't always a deal breaker.

Your server side component should handle this instead of the browser. The same goes for theories regarding caching on the browser's side. There are very few scenarios where the browser should be instructed not to cache content. Better not depend on such assumptions to code an application
