I am having 4+ year of exp in Java/J2EE/Web services and Oracle(SQL,PL/SQL) technology.
Joined my present company as fresher and its the only company i have worked for till date( A product based company in Banking domain recently acquired by Oracl).
My current location is Bangalore, but relocation is not a constratint.

Got two offers,the details are:

1. CompanyX(Pune) : 6 lac/annum, [5.1(fixed) + variable(to be given on monthly basis)], Notice period---3 month
2.CompanyZ(bangalore) : 4.52 lac/annum[4.13(fixed) + variable(to be given in 6 months)],Notice period---1 month.

Please help me in deciding which one to join.

With CompanyX...I am worried with the notice period, as i feel 3 month is a long time if one wants to get out from there(if something goes wrong and doesn't suite).

Please Advice, which will be better .
