Localizing html:select  RSS feed

Hi,
I'm quite new to Struts. My question is, what is the best way to localize a select drop down box. I get a Collection from the form bean containing a list of the laguage resource keys. I need to display the localized text as the drop-down value. Example from my code:

The typesList values are the language resource keys to be localized.
