The physical benefits alone make it worthwhile, though, especially in light of the new research showing that just sitting down all day is a health risk: getting up and moving around, rehydrating, etc. (I also do light stretching, and back when I had an office, light exercise/yoga) is critical for both mental performance and physical health.
Haha, I was doing this without knowing that it has Pomodoro name... It's no use to stay for hours looking the same thing... I bought i little bottle of
water so I drink a lot (and have to go to the bathroom all the time =P)! We must relax our mind!
