Man, I *hope* that's not possible. My browser history is none of anybody's business except mine.

That depends on which browser and maybe even OS. I know that opera stores it's cookies, download details and bookmarks in files. So any program
can read them and I suspect that that firefox & IE use something similar .

I don't think that this is possible -- for programs running in the browser that is.

Javascript, which has access to the History object, used to control the browser to go foward and back, can not read the history. It can control where the browsers go, in terms of direction and amount, but no idea where it is going.

I don't think that a Java applet can even access the history object.

Browsers have a history object which you can access via JavaScript in a webpage, but usually the content of the history object is restricted because it contains privacy-sensitive information. You would not want anybody to be able to see what websites you have visited!

Here is Mozilla's documentation on the history object: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/DOM/window.history

What i need is just the URL with timeline. I did a lot of search but nothing helped.
Yes it is true that every browser has its own standards but here the History information is not available in simple .dat files or something readable like that.
