JBoss 422 DataSource Connection and SecureIdentityLoginModule

I am attempting to configure JBoss 422 with a MS SQL datasource and use an encrypted password.
I have read a lot about how to do this but it is not working.

My mssql-ds.xml file contains:

   <datasources>

  <local-tx-datasource>
    <jndi-name>MSSQLDS-I</jndi-name>
    <connection-url>jdbc:sqlserver://Server:1433;databaseName=ADB</connection-url>
    <driver-class>com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver</driver-class>
    
    <security-domain>ADatabase</security-domain>
    
        <check-valid-connection-sql>select 1;</check-valid-connection-sql>

      <metadata>
         <type-mapping>MS SQLSERVER2000</type-mapping>
      </metadata>
  </local-tx-datasource>

</datasources>
 

My login-config.xml file contains:

     <authentication>  
       <login-module code="org.jboss.resource.security.SecureIdentityLoginModule" flag="required">  
         <module-option name="username">user</module-option>  
         <module-option name="password">1a03083gf19a21d2df8592078dw921bc</module-option>

   </application-policy>  


 

The error message I am receiving when I start up the server is:

  2010-02-05 14:47:13,143 ERROR [org.jboss.resource.security.AbstractPasswordCredentialLoginModule] The ConnectionManager mbean: jboss.jca:name=MSSQLDS-I, service=LocalTxCM specified in a ConfiguredIdentityLoginModule could not be found. ConnectionFactory will be unusable!

java.lang.SecurityException: Invalid authentication attempt, principal=null  

Do I need anything in the standardjbosscmp-jdbc.xml file?

This datasource worked fine before I tried to modify it to use a security-domain. When I had the username and password in the mssql-ds.xml file.

Beware of whitespaces - carefully examine the managedConnectionFactoryName entry in the application-policy...
