If I have a framework that is used in several different .ears. When I have a new release of the Framework that is being deployed with another new release of a project in an .ear, should I redeploy all of the .ears that contain the Framework project or is there a better way to update this project for all of the individual .ears that are out there with the same project?

We are using WSAD and Clearcase

Paula,
Yes, you would want to redeploy each ear as it is ready for the new framework. That way you can test each one separately.

Thanks, I am trying to convince others in my org that having multiple versions of the same app in use is not a good idea. The more responses I get the better.
