You will have to download it and attach it to the library for it to show up during editing

If you attach the source code, you'll be able to view the javadoc (and of course the source code if you want) in your IDE. You can download the source jars from any maven repo. For example, here's the link of spring core source code (release 3.0.0). As for the javadoc files itself, if you have downloaded spring, the archive has a docs folder which contains an api folder. This is the javadoc for spring
