to start learining(i am a very very beginner) jee, where i should move on this forum? Is there any site or community where i can learn step by step learning on jee? and ofcourse that learning will be on latest jee and other technologies.

j2ee is a very huge topic: servlets, jsp, web services, ejb, JavaMAIL, JNDI, JMS,
start with servlets first ... and only learning servlets could take you a few months.
