Hi,
I aleady download the "java_ee_sdk-6-windows.exe" from sun. Install it but i can not get enything on my program files. So, from where i should start the jee development. what i know, j2se for desktop app and it is the main platform to develop any kind of java development. But on jee, what's more than jse, which will help me to develop web app? Acutally, what the jee containts?

And please give me instruction from where i should start jee development. I wanna learn it fast and with best practice, in such a professional way so that i can join any jee enabled software firm as a software developer. I don't know, is this part of forum is applicable for this topic. But please don't move it to job forum. Because, my main focus is to learn jee in a very very professional attitude not to get a job.

Thanking you

What JEE contains:

http://java.sun.com/javaee/technologies/

Start with what you're interesting in learning. If you want to do web application development, learn servlets and JSP first.

Hello,

if you want to use Eclipse I recommend to use Eclipse WTP to develop JEE. This tutorial gives an introduction to Eclipse and Webdevelopment so it might be a good start for you: http://www.vogella.de/articles/EclipseWTP/article.html

Cheers, Lars

Eclipse WTP is the Web Tool Platform project of Eclipse which provides the JEE development functionality, e.g. for servlet development etc. You find a description of the installation procedure in the link I posted.
