Hi
Can anyone explain me whole section of TLD:

I know that we have 3 scopes (AT_BEGIN, AT_END and NESTED [default]) but I cant understand how does it work (I've read that AT_BEGIN we have variable available at begining of tag and so on, but I cant solve any question with these scopes ...)
