database addition to input values

hi,
I have a jsp page ....with 2 input text values on which I can add any text .

<h:form>
<h3>Please enter your details.</h3>

questions:

<h:inputText value="#{user.questions}"/>

<h:commandButton value="Insert Values" action="login"/>

</h:form>

like that

now what I need to do to input values in mysql database ??

you just need a managed bean which connects to the database and inserts the text into the table. create the table in mysql with the fields you want.
