i want to learn spring framework but not sure about some points

hi, i want to learn spring framework but not sure about some points. please help.

1] What can be the best resource to learn spring in a professional quality?

2] Please suggest me some books on spring.

3] I just ok with servlet and jsp and jdbc. Is it enough to learn spring?

4] Which framework is most demandable on java os market?

5] is there any forum where i can learn spring by live chatting and step by step learning?

I am very very interested to know this. Please help me. If you have other suggestion about learning spring or choose any other framework, without spring, please let me know.
