Well, first of all, J2EE is now JEE

JEE is a large topic and there's a lot to cover. You're posting in a Servlets forum, so I'll assume you would like to learn about Servlets

There are a lot of great books out there as well as some great tutorial sites. Have a look at the Core Servlets site http://www.coreservlets.com/. In fact, the book is available for free download in PDF format here: http://pdf.coreservlets.com/. If you're not happy with those, just Google for Servlets and Tutorials and you'll find lots of stuff available. If you want to use a particular IDE and/or application server, you'll probably be able to find tutorials that use your preferred tools as well.

Also, have a look at the list of FAQs available on this site: http://faq.javaranch.com/search?CategoryFaq
If interest to you may be the ServletsFaq or the JspFaq or the JavaEnterpriseEditionFaq (which includes links to the other FAQs).

Learning Servlets and JSPs is a great start.

Edit: Oh, and Welcome to Java Ranch!

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
