How to integrate Struts UI layer with Spring Business layer? Any configuration in struts-config.xml file / application-context.xml file ?

Of course there's configuration. The Spring documentation covers how to integrate Spring with Struts 1.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
