Apologies if this is a simplistic question but just beginning to use Swing and am getting stumped with the GridBagLayout.

Most of the problems I face are simply to do with the layout and why component A's size doesn't change or what grid its in etc etc

Basically what I want to know is - is there anyway of viewing the current gridlines\table layout of current gridbaglayout so I can see what cell/row/column components are in???

Cheers.

Add a LineBorder to all your components.
